Be places: The best places near Regent

Our aparthotel Brussels Regent is near the embassy quarter, a two minute walk from the British Chamber of Commerce, close to the Belgian Ministries and Belgian Parliament. We are close to Place Rogier and the European quarter and Madou Plaza Tower is only 140 m from the hotel. Brussels Regent aparthotel is surrounded by various subway stations, Madou is only 100m from Brussels Regent and Kunst-Wet only 400m. A direct subway line takes you straight to Brussels Expo, Heysel and Porte de Namur station.

Wonderful for business and leisure

The historical centre is only 15 minutes by subway. You can see the iconic Manneken Pis statue, right in the tourist centre of Brussels. Or how about a visit to the historical Royal Palace and Brussels Park?

Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Botanical Gardens (1 km from B-aparthotel Brussels Regent) or the Royal Greenhouses of Laeken (5 km away).

Family fun

Another family favourite is the Royal Théatre De Toone, a puppet theatre catering to young and less-young lovers of stories. Or try the Toy Museum, only a five minute walk from B-aparthotel Brussels Regent.

How about a day all about comic books? You can enjoy the comic strip wall in the Fabriekstraat, only one kilometre from the hotel and visit the Brussels Comic Book Museum, only 700m from Brussels Regent aparthotel.

Museums

The Charlier Museum, housing an impressive collection of late 19th century Belgian art, once assembled by art patron Henri Van Cutsem. In fact, Mr. Van Cutsem commissioned the most famous European Art Nouveau architect, Victor Horta, to remodel the museum, making it one of Brussels’ most beautiful buildings.

Another tourist attraction many of our guests enjoy is the Magritte Museum, only 1km from the hotel and opposite the appealing Musical Instruments Museum (an excellent place to enjoy lunch and the view from the rooftop terrace if the weather allows.)

Visit more of Belgium

Brussels is very accessible via all kinds of transports. Brussels Central train station is only 900 m away. As Belgium is a small country with one of the closest train networks, a day to any of the other major cities is very doable.
