Our breakfast arrangements differs per location. We work with fresh, quality products and also have organic options so you can start your day and be ready for anything. Coffee, anyone?
In B-aparthotel Brussels Grand Place our breakfast partner Mokafe is located in the historical Royal Gallery of St. Hubert, giving you the opportunity to enjoy this cosy and oh-so-Belgian atmosphere while starting your day. Grand Place offers breakfast every day from 7:00am to 10:30am.
PomoMadou, our breakfast partner for hotel Brussels Regent, is an authentic Italian restaurant, connected to our ground floor. They serve our guests a buffet style breakfast from 7am to 10am, Monday to Friday.
The B-aparthotel Montgomery is in partnership with Leopold Café Presse; a creative blend of coffee shop, bakery and even a library, reachable on foot, only a minute from our property. Our guests can enjoy a fresh table d’hôte menu, composed of quality coffees and pastries in the café’s warm and colorful setting. Leopold Café opens its doors at 8am from Monday to Friday and 9am on weekends and holidays. A lunch take-away is also up for grabs.
In B-aparthotel Ambiorix we have a cosy breakfast area in the lobby, where we serve a buffet style continental breakfast. Breakfast is served from 7am to 9.30am, Monday to Friday and coffee is available free of charge throughout the day on weekdays.

Our standard wifi is completely free of charge and available in all our hotel rooms as well as the common areas such as the lobby.
Gym

No need to take a break from your regular workout routine while you are on holidays or away for business. You can enjoy the gym facilities at our aparthotels Ambiorix, Regent and Kennedy in The Hague. Keep up your good work and let us know if we can assist you with extra towels.
Our gym room is open 24/7. It is free of charge for our guests.

To check-in we have two options, our self check-in or check-in (as from 3pm) via reception during opening hours. Check-out (until 11am) is available from reception during opening hours or you can simply drop your key card into the check-out box in the lobby.
Please contact us if you need to check in earlier or later so we can ensure availability of your accommodation. If we are not able to grant your request for any reason, we have the option of use of our luggage room, on request, free of charge.
Check in, in few seconds
To check in to our B-aparthotels, you will need the confirmation letter sent directly by B-aparthotels.
Your confirmation letter will be sent after your booking and payment has reached our system. You will receive it along with the message confirming your reservation. It contains details of your reservation, the location of your hotel and the access codes to the building and your self check-in box containing your room access key card. If you booked via a third party please refer to the codes on the confirmation letter sent by B-aparthotels for your check-in. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have not received your confirmation letter.
The first access code can be used to enter the building. The second code opens the check-in box in the lobby, allowing you to find an envelope under your name containing your room key card and a welcome letter containing all the information you need for your stay with us.Our front desk team is available in B-aparthotel Ambiorix from Monday to Friday, 8h00 (8am) to 20h00 (8pm). After hours and weekends please refer to the self check-in procedure above.
Our front desk team is available in B-aparthotel The Hague, from Monday to Friday 8h00 (8am) to 18h00 (6pm), Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, 8am to noon. After hours, please follow the self-check in procedure.

Cleaning Policy
Be eco-friendly: Check out our cleaning policy that helps us save water
B-aparthotels is on board when it comes to making an effort for the environment. We are aware that the hotel industry needs to take responsibility and work towards being greener. That is why we have a special cleaning policy which is dependent on the length of your stay.
How does it work? Some examples:
• For a stay of less than 5 nights, no cleaning is provided. No cleaning for less than 8 nights in the B-aparthotel Kennedy.
• From 5 to 7 consecutive nights stay we schedule a mid-term cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.
• From 8 to 29 consecutive nights stay your apartment is refreshed twice a week which means we change the bed linen once and towels.
• A thirty night stay (or longer) means we organise one deep cleaning per week, including a bed linen change and towel change.
We can add cleaning services to these scheduled cleanses as per request. The cost for cleaning your apartment or studio including a change of bed linens and towels is 29 EUR. The same service for Standard Rooms costs 19 EUR. An extra set of towels costs 9 EUR and an extra change of bed linen costs 9 EUR.
Laundry Room
Be fresh: Tired of hauling large travel luggage around?
The laundry rooms at B-aparthotels are open 24/7 and contain at least two washers and two dryers per location. Use of our laundry room is free for all our guests, but washing detergent is not included.
All our properties have ironing boards available. If you book aparthotel Ambiorix, please request ironing equipment at reception.
Parking facilities
Park and charge your car in our parking
It is not always easy to find parking in a large city, especially right near the tourist area or the business district. Be sure to book your parking spaces at our B-aparthotels in advance as Brussels and The Hague are busy cities and parking is limited.
At B-aparthotel Regent our indoor car park (1.90m high) has two levels and spots available at 15 Euro per day per car.
Be sure to make an advance reservation for our indoor parking garage at B-aparthotel Grand Place (1.82m high), available for 28 Euro per night. As this hotel is located in the historical centre of Brussels, parking is limited.
Indoor parking is also available at our Montgomery aparthotel and costs 25 Euro per car per day (1.82m high).
Our indoor parking garage in B-aparthotel Ambiorix (1.90m high) consists of two levels and has one electric spot with charging facilities, which can be booked in advance. The standard parking charge is 18 Euro per day per spot. Electric spot is 30 Euro per day.
Parking at B-aparthotel Kennedy in The Hague costs 10 Euro or 20 Euro per day per car depending of the season. There are 17 spots and 2 electric spots, available via advance reservation, 20 Euro or 30 Euro per day per car depending of the season.

Dry Cleaning Service (only B-aparthotel Kennedy)
Be smart: Look and feel your best
Clothes with special washing instructions? No worries. We have an external dry cleaning service readily available from all of our hotels.
You will find a dry cleaning bag and dry cleaning form in the wardrobe in your room. Place your laundry, along with the form, in the provided inside your room and inform reception. You will find the charges and additional information on the forms provided in the wardrobe in your room or serviced apartment.
In The Hague we have a 12-hour dry cleaning service, at added cost, provided your laundry meets the 9am pick-up time.
Luggage
Leave your heavy luggage items in our luggage room
Checked out, but not leaving just yet? You probably do not want to carry your bag around on your last outing in town. Or maybe you have arrived early and cannot wait to explore. Again, no need to lug your luggage around the city.
We have a luggage room available at all of our hotels. With the exception of Ambiorix,The Hague and Amsterdam during evenings and weekends.

Be delicious: Book your aparthotel with kitchenette equipment
No need to skip family dinner when you book a serviced apartment if you feel like entertaining, our B-aparthotels’ kitchenettes are well equipped to whip up culinary delights. Our rooms all have: welcome coffee and tea facilities. Except for aparthotel Brussels Montgomery, we also have Nespresso© machines, so you can enjoy a fresh cup of java each morning.
Some of the kitchenette equipment can be found in the apartments (except in our Executive rooms) :
